Yoshikazu Sasaki
President
Born in Iwate Prefecture in 1976. In 2002, he joined Hewlett-Packard Japan Co., Ltd. and engaged in security consulting. In March 2005, he established Frontier X Frontier Co., Ltd. (currently GRCS Inc.) and became the President. Started business in 2009 as a pioneer specializing in GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance). In 2013, the security business was launched, listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers in 2021, and moved to the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market in 2022. Graduated from the University of Southern California Department of Computer Science in 2001 and completed the Executive Program at Stanford University Business School (2022).

Previously, he was the head of the Security Division at Hewlett-Packard Japan, where he oversaw the security business pre-sales and service departments. Participated in GRCS in May 2018.

Engaged in the development of cutting-edge technologies in the capital market for over 30 years, leading many projects successfully as top engineer in the development of transaction matching systems, market access and order routing systems that are required to achieve especially high performance. He was in charge of many projects at Thomson Reuters as Head of professional services, and engaged in various system developments at Cicada for DBAG(Deutsche Börse), Euronext, SGX(Singapore Exchange) and CFETS(China Foreign Exchange Trade System), etc. Subsequently, he led all transaction platforms of Chi-X Global as its Chief Technology Officer.
