In addition to domestic and cross-border M&A, she specializes in general corporate legal matters, including antitrust laws, data protection and employment. For two years from February 2009, she joined the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's Industrial Policy Bureau Competition Environment Maintenance Office as a secondee government official for a period of time and engaged in antitrust law policies such as competition law compliance and business combination regulations.

Atsushi Mochizuki
Operating officer

Joined DEC Japan as a new graduate and was responsible for NW software product development. Then, he worked as a security consultant in pre-sales, system development, and PM as a security consultant. Previously, he was the head of the Security Division at Hewlett-Packard Japan, where he oversaw the security business pre-sales and service departments.

Yoshihiro Takatori

Graduated from Harvard Law School (LL.M.). Registered as a lawyer in Japan and New York State. British Arbitrator Association (CIArb.) Given Senior Arbitrator (FCIArb.). Managing Director of Japan Arbitrators Association (JAA), Co-representative of British Arbitrators Association Japan Chapter. In addition to a representative role of the Orick Tokyo law firm litigation group, he is also responsible for the global Japan practices of Orick.
Mainly handles international lawsuits and arbitrations such as civil, commercial, intellectual property rights, product liability, antitrust laws, etc., which cover multiple jurisdictions, FCPA, UKBA compliance cases, labor law related disputes including whistleblowing, etc. This year, by the Financial Times, he was selected as the only Japanese lawyer among the top 10 lawyers in Asia Pacific (Innovative Lawyers).
